Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a cool Danish modern style with walk-in showers, fantastic views, and cool artwork. The service was a bit underwhelming with poor customer service but they did help make a reservation at an excellent restaurant. The location was perfect, near the waterfront and attractions like Sony Arts Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Scotiabank Arena. The dining experience offered several options but was not exceptional. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, close to everything including the financial district and Union station. The rooms were spacious and modern with nice amenities. However, the poor customer service was quite noticeable, as if they have heard complaints countless times before. The dining options were varied and well-prepared, offering a great selection. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with nice amenities and a great view. The service was average, with some issues in customer service. Its location was wonderful in Toronto, close to many restaurants and attractions. The dining options were good, though not exceptional. The facilities were decent with room for improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Danish modern style rooms were beautifully designed with all necessary amenities and brand-new facilities. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The service, while not perfect, made my reservation at an excellent restaurant and offered a range of convenient options like room service, car hire, and valet parking. The location directly across from Central Station was extremely convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience with many different options was delicious. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is situated perfectly by Union Station in the heart of Toronto, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The rooms feature stylish Danish modern interiors with captivating artwork and offer stunning views. While the service lacks warmth and feels rehearsed, the reservation assistance for dining is exceptional. The dining options are varied and well-prepared, highlighting local ingredients. The hotel provides a comfortable stay with notable attention to design details, but the value for money may vary.
The hotel offers a mix of great and not-so-great features. The rooms boast cool artwork and fantastic views but lack a bit in terms of service. The location is superb but the dining options could be better.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed in Danish modern style, with two queen beds and fantastic views. The service was top-notch, and they even helped me make a reservation at an excellent restaurant. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the train station and near the waterfront. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of well-prepared meals. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel has a fantastic location, near top sightseeing spots and very close to downtown. The rooms offer great views with cool artwork and feature wonderful walk-in showers and two queen beds. The service could be improved due to poor customer service, but they managed to book a reservation at an excellent restaurant for me. The dining options were varied and well-prepared, especially the grilled fish. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything from room service to valet parking.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with stunning views and great amenities in the room. The service was top-notch, but the dining options fell short. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the facilities were impressive overall.
